Summons a ROOT HOLLOW that deals 50 damage per hit. Lasts 30 seconds. (Max 2)

Seed Caller is a Weapon Mod in Remnant: From the Ashes. Seed Caller is a Craftable Item. Weapon Mods are categorized as active abilities that provide both offensive and defensive effects to a player or to a team which can be used in battle. Weapon Mods can be found in various ways such as boss drops, given by NPCs, sold by a Merchant, and can also be crafted.

  • Has 2 charges.
  • ROOT HOLLOW damage increases with the weapon's level, up to 150, and is affected by Mod Damage and Summon Damage.
  • ROOT HOLLOW duration is affected by Mod Duration.
  • Using this mod while there are already 2 Hollows on the battlefield will replace the first one deployed.
  • Two different weapon mods can be equipped at the same time, one for the Long Gun and one for the Hand Gun.

      When me and my friend moved up to nightmare I started having issues with the dog and beckon I was using. Dog still good depending on where you are but on Corsus he was struggling(lots of missing the smaller mobs and very low damage on most of the elites there). But these little bastards when I tried them were doing half decent. The major issue is their leaping attack blocking shots(and dying to my or my friends FF when they leap in the way) and it just straight up misses 30% of the time. If only they had a dashing attack instead of leaping, it would make a MASSIVE difference.

        Melee life steal from the Leech Ember ring and Twisted Armor set no longer applies to melee hits done by the root hollows as of the latest patch.

          As in most RPGs, they have trouble balancing summonings in higher difficulty. I'm not even sure they should have a healthpool. Damn near nothing boosts their damage, and having it be taken away at random because of them taking hits, which you can't control, just make them dysfunctional in most circumstances. Then you have the opposite extreme, where they take none, last the full duration ... and even then barely competes due to the summon cap lol.

            I'm pretty sure this is bugged when it comes to certain enemies. I used this during the Singe boss fight and all they did was stand under his chest and do nothing. They didn't attempt to attack him at all.

              man i wish these minions and beckon skulls could crit atleast..even if you used hunters mark it does nothing..same goes for the iron turrets.

                If anyone out there is wondering about making an afk minion build, it seems that nothing can increase the damage except the level of the attached weapon. That means there is no trait, ring, amulet etc. that will boost dmg, atk spd or anything else.
