Head Armor in Remnant: From the Ashes is an Armor Set Piece. Set pieces are imbued with different passive buffs that provide the player with various effects and increase to specified stats. Set pieces may be found from crates/chests, in various locations, purchased from Merchants, and by crafting it.

There is a wielding mask I found on earth after comming back and roaming before the tree fight I dont know what triggers its apeareance

There is a helmet for the radiant set i Will check name next time i play

There is a helmet called twisted mask you get it from a person you can kill
Warlord armor:

When upgraded fully armor pieces are 100 each.
Can be upgraded to +20
Set bonus: Deathwish
(Pretty sure glitch but it seems sometimes sitting at a stone or using healing items instantly kills you)
Scavenger armor
Resistances are the same as warlord. 1 each except for frost which is 0.
Can also be upgraded to +20 and when fully upgraded each piece is 100 armor.
Set bonus is salvager.
(Haven’t used armor so not sure for any glitches or anything.)
Side note it seems the warlord and scavenger has 0 weight so encumbrance will be light while wearing both armor sets.
