Status Effect

BLEEDING effects applied by the wearer steal 10% of the damage dealt and return it to the wearer as Health.

Bloodletter's Insignia is a Ring and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Bloodletter's Insignia is/isn't a Craftable Item. Rings provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective.

 

 

Emin blood is our blood. Emin life is our life. In draining our enemies, we become invincible.

 

Where to find Bloodletter's Insignia

  • Warning Totems Event: Located on a corpse near the end of the dungeon.

 

 

Bloodletter's Insignia Notes

  • Best used with the Devastator and the Razorwire Necklace.
  • Players can equip up to two Rings.
  • To manage and equip rings, open the Character Menu and cycle to the accessories slot below the Armor slots.

      So... try this build
      Fan of Knives
      Devastator
      Razorwire Necklace
      Bloodletter Insignia

      I am using slayer with hunters band but you can use anything you want I suppose, well, with the above you are really unkillable against any attacks that dont 1 shot you, just keep applying bleeding procs/effects for constant healing, closest thing to a living God you will get in this game.

      You might not find it as useful on nightmare and above since a lot of stuff there can one shot you and your goal is not to die by still very useful, specially when you are running away from multiple ads that keep smacking you and oyu slowly loose health... amazing build
