Restriction Cord is a Ring and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Restriction Cord isn't a Craftable Item. Rings provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective.
The Immortals crafted many artifacts that took advantage of their unique condition, drawing power from life. The so-called VENGEANCE IDOL was one. This cord was another.

Restriction Cord Notes
- While being at 50% of your maximum health, Healing Effectiveness becomes -300%, preventing any sort of healing.
- Can be used to always benefit of the effect of the Vengeance Idol and Leto's Set.
- Players can equip up to two Rings.
- To manage and equip rings, open the Character Menu and cycle to the accessories slot below the Armor slots.
AnonymousOk, this takes a ring slot, and 50% reduction is massive - and it's basically just to get the benefit of vengeance idol - this needs more benefits.
Slam a Rock of Anguish on top of this and pair with Heart of the Wolf for Sonic mode.

Leto's Armor + Aggressor's Bane + Restriction Cord = 90% Dmg Red
Leto's + Aggressor's + Ezlan's Band = 75% Dmg Red with +25 HP and some hp regen.
175 HP vs 75 HP.
Let's say you're taking hits that do 200 dmg. For Ezlan build, that's 50 dmg, for Cord it's 20. Cord takes 4 hits, Ezlan takes 4 (ignoring armor). Ezlan also gives hp regen. Ezlan wins. When you shift the dmg around, you can get Cord to come out on top by a single hit (like at 100 dmg) but the hp regen is probably more worthwhile imo since you have such massive dmg red and armor in the first place.
