Status Effect

Increases damage to enemies affected by STATUS effects. Each unique STATUS applied increases all damage by 5%.

Ring of the Punisher is a Ring and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Ring of the Punisher isn't a Craftable Item. Rings provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective.

The weak remain a threat. The dead do not.

Put together a fun build with this one. Full Osseous, Cold Spear, Static Field Shot, Smolder, Abrasive Amulet, Razorstone, and this ring. One charged melee attack will apply three different statuses immediately, for a nice +15% right off the bat, and since it uses melee DoTs, Osseous's damage will be ramped up to +35% automatically. Keep swinging if you want to max out the DoT potential.

Dump Static Field Shots and Cold Spears into enemies that have a higher HP pool. Static Field charges very quickly, is easy to aim, and its debuff lasts a long time, making it an ideal mod for this build. Cold Spear isn't as easy to use but is still very convenient for this build. Frozen Mist is even more powerful, but it's hard to apply and refresh your melee debuffs because of how much self-damage it deals.

Does it increase ALL damage dealt to ALL enemies or is the damage bonus just applied to the enemies affected by a status ?

Ok, so, alternator, fire/frost, caustic mace/razorband, caustic/bleed, curse for overload... that's 5. And you're supposed to able to inflict rot and irradiated, even if they might not do anything, making it potentially 7 with really weird builds.
25% more damage for everything's pretty good, but pretty much boss specific since applying everything on normal mobs just isn't going to happen lol.

I passed in adventure mode and at the apocalypse - they did not give it.
the ring is very good if you shoot with an ice cloud which gives under 6-9 the status of effects immediately under 30 - 45% of the damage out of the blue it's delicious

only 5% per status... that doesnt sound that good especially since you need a lot of status mod which isnt the best dps wise usually...
