Ezlan's Band is a Ring and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Ezlan's Band is/isn't a Craftable Item. Rings provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective.
The Undying's best kept secret slept with the Guardian... but it was not his only secret.

- Found as a random drop on Rhom.
Ezlan's Band Notes
- Using Ezlan's Band with Ruin will lower the cool down for Undying from 5 mins to 2 mins.
- Players can equip up to two Rings.
- To manage and equip rings, open the Character Menu and cycle to the accessories slot below the Armor slots.

ive run rhom adventure at least 80 times this ring only spawns in campaign

I actually found this randomly at the very start of Rhom, on one of the rock outcrops before even the first set of buildings.
The guy mentioning bugged healing is right, it actually does give higher health regen than intended, with triage it is giving around 1hp/s. Equipping and un-equipping the ring in conjunction with blood font, mender's charm, and the twisted set can increase your regen with Triage maxed from 2.9hp/s to 5.5hp/s, almost double what you are supposed to be getting.
