Armor in Remnant: From the Ashes consists of three pieces, Head Armor, Body Armor, and Leg Armor which together, form a set. Each armor set possesses a unique bonus which increases when equipping additional pieces of the set.  Amour pieces may be found from crates/chests, in various locations, purchased from Merchants, and by crafting it.

This page indicates a list of all the Armor Sets in Remnant: From the Ashes which will include its description and values. You can find detailed information on its location and properties on each individual pages linked below.

  • Each piece consists of a set that has a unique Skill which grants various buffs and effects.
  • Players can equip and change their desired armor on the fly by opening the character menu.
  • These can be upgraded by crafting to increase its attributes.
  • Armor sets fall into Light, Medium, Heavy or Ultra Heavy sets, which determines a player's overall Encumbrance.

You can buy Armor Skins by talking to Whispers at Ward 13 next to Root Mother. They are bought with Glowing Fragments

        I got the Void armor after 3h, so now I have the strongest armor already? wtf. I came here to see if it was like the first 5 or more mid game...

        • I've added in base armour, total armour and weight stats to each set, as well as included the alt skins for each set. If anyone has base stats that aren't listed, let me know.

            For the "Equipment Enthusiast" achievement (10 sets of armor) Your starting set and the adventurers set do not count towards the achievement.

            Currently trying to find out if it is only base game armor or all armor sets that count.

              So happy they are moving on to another game. These devs don't know how to balance things at all. All they did was endless nerfs to all equipments. Clear sign of lack of talent.

                Maybe it has already been said but the cultist's armor has been nerf (or it has never been these stats): i believe its +10 / +30 / +50% mod duration

                    Just want to share my tank build, got part of the idea from my buddy.
                    Full leto's armor with devastator and any secondary with fan of knives. Razor wire necklace, bloodletters, and alchemists jewel.
                    With bark skin and vigor maxed out, armor rating can reach over 1000. No stagger except boss heavy attacks. 50 percent damage reduction at 50 percent health. And bloodletters pets you heal off the high damage bleed.
                    It's both a facetank and a dps.

                    Other options are using twisted idol to further increase armor rating. Gunslingers ring to increase reload. Or using some mod related headpiece.

                      (Pretty sure bug but it seems sometimes sitting at a stone or using healing items instantly kills you)

                      Scavenger armor
                      Resistances are the same as warlord. 1 each except for frost which is 0.
                      Can also be upgraded to +20 and when fully upgraded each piece is 100 armor.
                      Set bonus is salvager.
                      (Haven’t used armor so not sure for any bugs or anything.)

                      Side note it seems the warlord and scavenger has 0 weight so encumbrance will be light while wearing both armor sets.

                        Raider Armor found on Reisum, on i island, theres a temple with some runes on a wall. You have to disarm a trap to get to the armor by pressing some buttons on statues. If you press the wrong buttons you miss a piece of the armor, three wrong ones and its gone. Follow the clues.

                            I love how with Leto's Armor, Twisted Idol, Aggressor's Bane, Keeper's Ring, Howler's Immunity, Mender's Aura, and all traits maxed out. Apocalypse difficulty is still impossible. Nice job Remnant team, difficulty isn't difficult.

                            • I really don't see any reason to run anything other than Hunter Set, Hunting Rifle (Hunters Mark), Hunting Pistol (Song of Swords), Empowering Loop, Ring of Supremacy, and Nightmare Spiral if you want to be purely optimal. This set up is as consistent as you allow it to be and it's damage isn't reliant on random critical hits that you don't have full control over. And when you get to the final boss, just swap Hunter's Mark with Wildfire Shot to use after exiting the black abyss area. Easy game.

                                The math for armor defense upgrades is X+(.05X*n)+5n, where X is the armor's base defense value and n is the upgrade level.

                                  Looks like best over all set is radiant but it should be combined with Leto's ammulet for medium roll. Personally i was a fan of slayer armor till was almost oneshooted by fire crossbowmen.

                                    i found a way to Leto set armor.. use computer to disable Leto`s Algorithm.. and use the chamber and repeat it many time until u teleport at room thats have skeleton burning and hear music playing..the armor at a room that on same floor..you will exit at the door that locked in chember room.

                                      Leto's Armor is found in Leto's Lab ( believe the dubgeon is called Research Lab Alpha but could be wrong) I would like to keep the way to get it a mystery but there are videos online on how to get it. The only thing i will say on how to get it is for you to read some of the lore. The Set Bonus is Juggernaut which reduces your stagger chance by 1 level, but only if ypu wear the full set, and Increases your damage by 5% on enemies that are targeting you.

                                          Hey guys, got some testing on taking damage (i was curios and this is not a real hard testing, so you can trust it or not).
