Leto's Amulet

Reduces Armor Encumbrance by 40% and Stamina cost by 15%.

Leto's Amulet is an Amulet and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Leto's Amulet is/isn't a Craftable Item. Amulets provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective.

Leto always wanted answers, wanted to understand what the hell was happening. They say his strength came from carrying all his questions on his back.

Where to find Leto's Amulet

  • Can be found on Earth in the Gorefist (Sunken Passage) or Shroud  (Hidden Sanctum) dungeon, in both Campaign and Adventure Mode, hidden behind the graffiti wall that says "Only the penitent man may pass." Crouch and walk towards the wall. The wall clears up to expose a secret room with a tape recorder and the amulet.
  • This wall is part of a unique area that very rarely spawns in either of the two aforementioned dungeons.

Leto's Amulet Notes

  • Players can only equip one Amulet
  • To manage and equip an amulet, open the Character Menu and cycle to the accessories slot below the Armor slots.
  • "Only the penitent man may pass" is a reference to the scene in "Indiana Jones: The Last Crusade," where Indy needed to duck beneath a buzz-saw to proceed through a passage.

If anybody wants this for weight reduction, you could also try the twisted idol. As far as I know, you can kill tree dude in adventure mode and he's still ok in story mode.

Adventure? not once within hours trying. Read comments so I rerroll a campaign in hard difficulty with leto armors on. First try and was there. And you dont need to wear leto armor to get it. Only at the time of rerrolling

Another post to confirm it does indeed drop during Adventure mode. Took about 40 minutes of refreshing with Remnant Save Manager with around a minute of making new world, hopping in, checking RSM, exiting, and restarting. Did it on Hard, sometimes choosing Normal by accident. Didn't wear Leto's set either.

The effects are marginally better ONLY if wearing heavy armour. If you keep to lighter armour, then don't feel inclined to farm for it.

29 runs on hard campaign and 0 letos amulet then I read about trying it on apocalypse with letos set on. I didn't believed it but first run on apocalypse campaign and I got it:)

Got it on my very first play through the game. Then Leto's Lab spawned in the next area. I was able to roll adequently in Leto's set by the time I faced Singe. I think it kind of trivialised the game for me on that first playthrough at least, because nothing could really kill me; once I had that, I think I died less than 10 more times in the entire game.

already have over 200 hrs in the game (mostly for adventure and survival); said room showed up only 2x for me, and 1 was in survival hahahaha

not complaining; just pointing out that the RNG design was to make sure people would keep on playing even after months of not doing so, specially for those who are "completionists"

                • Anonymous

I got it. Over 100 attempts and finally tried something different which got it first try. I put full Leto armour on then started new campaign. Look for the sewer boss instance. Got to the crystal room and there's writing on the wall that says "don't touch it, it sees" so I thought let's try it. Ran through the instance without using the crystal at start or picking up anything and there it was, the new room top left of map with writing on the wall "only the penitent man!" FINALY!

Guys if you're trying to find the amulet in Adventure mode...
The fastest way is to find the SEWER ENTRANCE on the map (of course if it spawns..)
When you enter sewers, you may get Hidden Sanctum dungeon, it's not guaranteed.
Those dungeon entrances matter, there's no way you'll get Hidden Sanctum on any other kind of entrance.
The amulet may be in pre-boss area, as well in the boss area.
Took me about 10 tries using this method, you may be even more (un)lucky :D
If you dont see the sewer entrance as your first or second dungeon on the map, reroll adventure on normal and try to find the sewers.
                    Good luck!

потрачено более 15 часов , комнаты со стеной нет , амулета нет. сплошное разочарование .такой рандом надоедает .

Tried wearing Letos Armor after 40 attempts to get the amulet in Adventure mode.
Didn't believe it would change a thing but it did.
Got Sanctum and there was the wall and the Amulet.
Might be just RNG but imo its worth to try it out if you have a hard time getting it.

Why is this item so popular? I just got it but I don't think I'll be using it. At first I thought it's some OP thing that will make heavy armor medium. I'm using the twisted idol to have more armor and to lower it's weight. Seems like Letos armor is the same if I use that or the Leto's Amulet, with the only difference, that this item provides a bonus to stamina, which is not an issue for me.

Bunch of crying going on here. "Wahh I didn't get the -insert item here- and this game is **** because of it!"

This is kind of junk is why developers need to be fired for relying on RNG instead of learning to code properly, like using a shufflebag system. I have personally re-rolled more than 76 times, still no amulet spawn. It also would help if people would stop supporting developers who give us inferior products forcing us to grind forever because they lack the ability to code and design professionally.

Imagine being me and grinding for this thing for a copius amount of f***ing hours in adventure mode just to realize you could've saved those hours just re-rolling your campaign. Crawling though sewers all day long in a video game is not fun when 10 million tree people with axes that look like an evil version of Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc. are trying to kill you. I will never look at Mike Wazowski in memes without thinking of those little bastards now. XDD Levity aside, I absolutely couldn't get it in adventure mode, so if you've found it, then tell me how I can be as lucky as you are. My advice is to just re-roll your campaign to get this because that worked better for me.

12 rolls in, still no sunken passage nor hidden sanctum. also no damned mudshot. this RNG **** sucks ass. I feel like I get almost the same damned world everytime.

haha xD i have found this wall on begin in my story - maybe that dungeon is still there, but i dont have know what to do with that wall and go away from it xD

I put on Leto's armor and created a hard earth adventure world. I played through with Leto's armor on and I FOUND the amulet! Try wearing the armor when you create and play the map I think its spawn is tied to it perhaps. Havn't tested.

Lol iv'e been very lucky it seems. Got Junktown my first story run through Earth, Monkey Key on my first adventure run and just got this on my second adventure run. Probably ain't gonna have anything spawn for ages now haha.

                                          • Anonymous

I've seen another person say this but here goes. Reroll your campaign, not your adventure. Your first campaign dungeon has a higher chance of Gorefist or Shroud, but in adventure mode theres about 6 different dungeons, 3 of them using the same sewer tile-set but one of those doesnt have a spawn chance.

                                            • Anonymous

This does not exist. After 30+ hours of re-rolling earth, this *****ing amulet does not exist in this game.

                                              • Anonymous

I must be ultra lucky because I just started playing this game and the room showed up on my first dungeon in my first adventure world. I probably would have rerolled for another adventure but by chance I wanted to look at armor options and learned about this secret. I'll pray for everyone else who hasn't been able to get the rng for it.

                                                • Anonymous

***** this games rng, i have re-rolled earths campaign atleast 20 time, atleast. No Leto’s amulet. What’s the *****ing point in making it so hard to get when your dlc came out way after everyone has completed the game atleast 4 to 5 time and maxed out all traits. So idiotic for the game developers to not have it spawn more often

                                                  • Anonymous

Got this after about 10 hours of rerolling. Would recommend to reroll the main campaign instead of adventure mode because there is always either Sunken Dungeon or Hidden Sanctum in it.

                                                    • Anonymous

I did get once. Now trying to get it on my second character. 10 Earth rerols so far. I have every item and trinket besides that one and Monkey Key. I think Monkey Key has even lower chance. Amulet and Spirit perk combined can make toughest fights a cake walk. Especially last boss and king fight.

                                                      • I have found letos amulet, but havent picked it up. If someone cant get it in his game, they can message me their steam name and we can pick it up in my world.

Can someone confirm this beeing available to PC users? Anyone playing PC who found this? I've pretty much every item (except butchers flail and toxic juju which are both not available) now except this one thx in advance for a response :)

                                                          • Anonymous

This item seems to be incorrectly labeled. or the spawn is just really really rare. I replayed earth a truly massive number of times, spent perhaps 60 hours replaying earth and never got this to spawn.

                                                            • Anonymous

Can be found in the first dungeon on earth (perhaps elsewhere too) - There is a dead end room with the words 'Only a penitent man may pass' written on the wall. If you push against these words while crouching you'll enter a hidden room.
