Rock of Anguish is an Amulet and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Rock of Anguish isn't a Craftable Item. Amulets provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective.
The Iskal suffers no pain. It feels only joy and exhilaration.

- Players can only equip one Amulet
- To manage and equip an amulet, open the Character Menu and cycle to the accessories slot below the Armor slots.
Anonymousit only takes effect on enemy damage and cant be triggered thru selfharm via Hive Shot or using the Wildfire Shot mod.

Item does not work. At least not on PS4 at time of post. I have tried many different types of damage, but it seems bugged.
