Galenic Charm is an Amulet and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Galenic Charm is/isn't a Craftable Item. Amulets provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective.
Peace breeds weakness. Pain breeds strength.

Galenic Charm Notes
- Players can only equip one Amulet
- To manage and equip an amulet, open the Character Menu and cycle to the accessories slot below the Armor slots.
- Increases the power of all damage dealing weapon mods (i.e. Explosive Shot, Radioactive Volley) by 25%, including summons.
AnonymousThis POS is currently broken on PS4 (possibly just in my game, who the hell knows). Has no effect whatsoever. Don't know about other platforms.

Does this increases damage of my offensive mods or just helps me charge mods faster ?

Amazing amulet. Pair it with heavy armor, and you can constantly pop healing auras or explosive shots
