Supply Run is a Random Event in Remnant: From the Ashes. Random events act like side quests where players need to complete some requests in order to obtain a reward. The events may or may not appear on your play through, requiring a restart for a chance of getting them.
Supply Run Description
- When you enter Sorrow's Field, you will find a Monkey Key. When you do, keep exploring the area until you find a locked door with a monkey draw on it. Open the door and you will acquire the Spirit Trait. Check the room and you will also find the Assault Rifle.

Like other specific instance entrances, This event has a semi-unique one shared with 1-2 others. The Sorrow's Field Entrance will be in a dirt hole in the concrete at the end of a street.
Too bad, this Wiki doesn't have pictures of what the instance entrances look like in an attempt to help people who are gear hunting.

This dungeon, judging from my experience, appears in a pair with "Leto's Lab" in the adventure mode, and is located immediately after it. Because of what not wasting your time, you can look for a variation of the world where the first dungeon is "Leto's Lab".

My experience trying to get this event. The first few hours of rolling earth, I had simple layouts and the small enemy was the devils, only encountered sewer dungeons. I upgraded my weapons to 4-5 after that earth would only roll more complex layouts with shrikes instead and i encountered several tangled pass-type dungeons but never sorrow's field. after many many hours of rolling earth and only getting shrikes I got a world with devils, and the second dungeon i found was the sorrows field. By this time I had a few sets of level 10 armor, almost all my weapons were level 10 (boss weapons 5) IDK if it is just super rare or has prerequisites before this can spawn

No matter how many resets I go through, I can’t get this to spawn in my game.
Moral of the story: don't leave home without the assault rifle.
