The Root Shrine is a Random Event in Remnant: From the Ashes. Random events act like side quests where players need to complete some requests in order to obtain a reward. The events may or may not appear on your play through, requiring a restart for a chance of getting them.

The Root Shrine Description
- When you enter the area you will see a giant Root. The area will be locked and you will have survive until all the Root are defeated.
- Go to the giant root and you will see a crafting table. You will be able to craft all the parts of the Twisted Set there.

AnonymousThis event is rough on nightmare difficulty, for me at least. In the end of the event tumblers overwhelmed me so many times. Anyway, using turrets or flying skulls makes it much easier.Due to them it just turns into tower defence game.

Note you cannot craft the twisted mask - that is obtained from a different event.

Watching the colossal root burst from the earth and wrap itself around the crane is one of the game's more spectacular set pieces.

Is the crafting table one time use? All I need is the leg armor, but the game isn't giving me the option to interact with it.

i rerolled like 20+- times now, and i stll dont got this ***** event.... please help me does it need to be hard difficulty or nightmare ? ! or do i have no luck at all
Nearly thought I found a bug for this event of where it get stuck with the "survive 2 minutes remaining", but turns out one of the roots got stuck and prevented progress. till I finally found and killed him after circling around for a bit, kind of annoying that can happen.
