- Sebum is a Merchant that provides Consumables, Rings and Weapons.
- Location: Sebum Can be found inside a boat located in The Frieran Sea at Reisum.
Associated Quests
- You can give him the Master's Tusk as part of the quest to unlock the Warlord's Set
- Before bringing back the Master's Tusk to Sebum, you need to first find and see the armor through a hole in the ship's bow. Then speak with Sebum and bargain for the armor.

There is big where npc respawns after meeting him first time. I got quest item then after he gone, never be seen again. Even sebum guard was gone, even after finding out there is second area down left of ship. I look at cool armor but does not help get back merchant. I save quit game but still no return, is quite serious bug please help me!!!

5 adventures, never showed up once... 3 story modes, showed up on the 3rd.

Can confirm he's in the campaign. Haven't found the tusk this run tho. Not 100% sure if he's in adventure mode. Download the latest "World Analyzer" if you want to find the answer sooner than later for yourself.
