Guardian's Heart

It beats and drips with power--a power that was never tested against the Root before it fell. How long, now, until the Root comes?

Guardian's Heart is a Key Item in Remnant: From the Ashes. Key Items are specifically found in specific areas of a Location, given by NPCs, or are dropped by Bosses.

Needs an update, giving it to the iskal queen in campaign will also allow you to obtain the cryptolith sigil from her in corsus adventure mode

doesn't make sense to be able to refuse to give the heart to the undying king but you can't refuse to "kill the beast" or also refuse the bug queen... It'd be really cool if doing that offered some kinda low key trait... Like the cultist trait so it's nothing game breaking.... or some kind of easter egg... way to change the story...

in case anyone still wondering, I've kept the heart with me till after defeating the final boss. As far as I can tell you can't do anything with it except for handing it in

So I came here looking to see if you lose the heart when you reroll. Couldn’t find an answer so I tested myself. You do lose it.

When I gave the heart to Undying King a glowing blue triangle icon appeared on my characters forehead. Does this have any significance?

The below comment is incorrect. You can immediately refuse to give him the heart and start the boss battle.

Actually u can trigger immortal boss fight by answering bad at is quest so u get the labyrinth key amd u cam actually skin corcus so there is a way to end the game keeping the heart im wondering if it can be used for a secret final ?

"You can hold on to the heart for has long as you want, but in doing so you can't proceed in the quest line. Giving the heart to the Bug Queen will force you to kill the Undying King to get the Labyrinth Key." It's wrong, as u can kill the king for the key... Whats more interesting is, are there other options or rewards as for not giving the heart to either of them or even dont kill ixillis..?

I know two others who didn't get the heart after beating the butterfy bosses. This is a glitch that needs fixed. It is part of the main story.
